The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

Park the cars in front of the house (private). The sea is a 15 second walk (4 seconds running). Slightly more when the tide is low. Don’t worry about anything. We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private green garden, warm outdoor shower, fresh breakfast, cappuccino’s, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom, hanging chair and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Good news for all animal lovers: well-behaved dogs are allowed during the winter months (nov - feb).

We would love to welcome you to our cosy home, The White House, which is located in the centre of the historic beach-side village of Zandvoort. The central location of the property allows you to enjoy all the exciting amenities that the village has to offer and it is only a short brisk 3 minute walk to the famous 9km long sandy beach. The appartment is private, you will have the whole first floor of the property to yourself! with easy access via a shared communal entrance.

Uitgerust met vloerverwarming, een comfortabel bed (160 x 200), airco, wifi en smart TV (inclusief Netflix) De keuken is voorzien van een 2 pits inductiekookplaat, koelkast, koffieapparaat en waterkoker. Het zomerhuisje beschikt over een eigen entree aan het schelpenpad en een gezellig eigen tuintje.

Geniet 's ochtends van een heerlijke kop koffie in de zon op het terrasje en 's avonds van de zonsondergang op het strand. Er is een parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Welkom in ons ruime, rustige en lichte guesthouse in Zandvoort Zuid! Mijn man en ik wonen hier met heel veel plezier en delen deze mooie locatie graag middels ons guesthouse. Het is ideaal voor stellen ( 5 min lopen van strand, 2 min van duinen en 2 min van centrum. 2 fietsen beschikbaar. Het appartement is gelegen op de begane grond met een eigen opgang, tuin met zonnig zitje incl tuinstoelen, ruimte om eigen fietsen mee te brengen.
