This is a guest suite attached to our home. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s only a 10 min walk to Baton Rouge Main Public Library and Botanical Gardens. This space is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. This Airbnb has a full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker. Parking is available on driveway.

Log Cabin on the River

The Cabin is a cozy getaway located on a 4.5 acre lot in a quiet neighborhood. It's only 10 minutes away from the Baton Rouge Airport and Walmart. Downtown Baton Rouge and LSU are about 20 minutes away so if you’re planing to watch a game or enjoy the city it is a little bit of a drive. There's also a simple walking trail that goes to an over view of the Comite River. It takes 5 or 10 minutes to walk and can be challenging for small children but will be enjoyable for out door lovers.

Cabins are prewar 1940's motor court with covered parking. Each cabin features, queen bed, TV, WiFi, small bathroom with small shower, original lavatory & fixtures in bathroom. Small kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Air conditioners and electric space heaters. Restaurant (Magnolia Cafe) hours are Tuesday through Sunday 10-3 and Coffee Shop ( Birdman ) on site. Cute little Baton Rouge guesthouse just a short drive to mid-city restaurants, shopping, City Park, downtown, and LSU. This space is filled with local art and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The guesthouse is fully detached from the main home on the property and has full use of the driveway with gated parking. There is a small patio area in the back with lights and a picnic table.

Home away from home

Nice quiet spot to relax. Centrally located so just minutes away from downtown and near many stores and restaurants. This neighborhood is patrolled by hospital security. That being said, it is across the street from a hospital so you do hear sirens at times. It’s also an older home. I do my best to take care of it and make sure everything is in great condition for y’all.
