Creekside Campground

Dipper Camp is a large private, creek-side campground along Deer Creek. Retreat and relax at this rustic, unplugged site designed for groups of 6 to 10. The camp includes three spacious safari-style bedroom tents with comfortable beds, a camp kitchen with hot water, picnic tables, fire ring, composting toilets, outdoor hot-water shower & clawfoot bathtub. On a dirt road, surrounded by public land, you feel as if you are “out there” but you are less than 1.5 miles to lovely downtown Nevada City.

Vineyard Retreat/Private entrance/Unique features

Come and relax at “The Double MK Ranch” overlooking the vineyard of Dono Dal Cielo. Centrally located between I-80 and Hwy 65 and set within Placer County wine trail. We have two spaces (same price) just specify which room you want to stay in. Our Romantic Suite is attached to the Theater Game Room which is EXCLUSIVE to the Suite. Our additional space is a Tiny Home- full kitchen, full bath and a queen Murphy bed. If the Suite is NOT rented the Tiny home renter WILL have access to the Game Room

Garden Homestead offers Beautiful Views of the Foothills & Seasonal Snow-capped Sierras. Quiet & tranquil. Large pines, manzanita & oaks give you a feeling of being in a tree house. Utility workers, medical /business professionals & other guests love re-connecting with nature after work. Private Chef services may be arranged for healthy meals to go. This private king size bedroom, 2 shared bathrooms, private kitchen & shared dining room is located on the lower level of the main farm house.

A healing “Llama treat" retreat. Elegant cottage overlooking a meadow-full of llamas and their babies. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, swim in the large swimming pool, take a walk along a seasonal creek, stroll in the lush gardens or just relax on the green lawn. The cottage has a full kitchen and is very suitable for families with children of all ages. Enjoy the outdoor sitting & dining areas, the hanging hammock and the friendly dogs & cats. Rough & Ready Vineyards Guesthouse

Our Vineyard estate can host your family and friends for a vacation, a small conference, a celebration, or just a peaceful retreat. The home sleeps up to 16 people, has excellent WiFi & cell service and all modern amenities. We have lovely spots on the property that are great for photos, like our Italian marble gazebo. We provide discounts for longer stays of 28 days or more. Pets are welcome, with an additional cleaning fee. We are a working vineyard so may have events & staff onsite.
