Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. The studio is situated in a quiet part of town close to amenities with a short walk to the city centre. There is off street parking and independent access to the accommodation. We are really just over the road from the Yass River and there are plenty of picturesque walking paths along the river. There are also other facilities close by including a dog park, swimming pool children's playground.
