We are at the center of a hub with equal access to Hillsboro, Sherwood, Newberg and Beaverton for all of the night life and restaurants while being within a few miles of 100+ wineries. The studio has a queen bed, full kitchen, private bathroom and entrance. We offer self-check in, dedicated parking with complementary Level 2 EV charging, a private outdoor patio with seating, a gas grill and fire pit. The studio is nicely situated for short and long-term stays, visits to wine country, the coast, mountains, Portland, and surrounding communities.

Figment Farmhouse

Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place. We live on the property (next door) with ample privacy/gardens between our place and the farmhouse.

Wine country retreat with amazing views

This lovely tree top space is attached to our home and includes separate entry, complete privacy in the unit, has its own upstairs deck, and includes the use of our shared lower deck and hot tub. The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.

Private 1 bedroom guesthouse with carport nestled in a peaceful McMinnville greenway. This spacious one level apartment is perfect for a maximum of 2 guests. Please note... It is not the best fit for families with small children. It is a clean and roomy (almost 900sq ft), well lit space with ample windows offering secluded views of a creek valley. Less than a mile from historic 3rd St, it provides a centrally located urban sanctuary ideal for a couple’s getaway or buddy retreat.
