Very private with a cosy log burner, fire pit area and state of the art hot tub as well as a stunning bath to soak all your stresses away in. Relax in the reclining sofa to a movie on Netflix thanks to Sky TV with super fast broadband. A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and bi fold doors straight onto the decking for the warmer days.

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

Pinetree Lodge is a romantic, luxury Cotswold getaway, nestled in its own small, enclosed wood on our active working sheep & arable farm. A peaceful place where you can unwind and reset. Great outside living provides a bbq/fire pit with accessories on request to roast or do one-pot meals and a gas BBQ too. An efficient wood burner provides ample warmth on colder evenings and during the winter months. The Kitchen is basic, a little gas stove gives for a nice cuppa and a breakfast fry up indoors.

Our elevated pod offers comfort for a couple or max 2 adults/2 children. Strictly no more than 2 adults. With double bed & sofa bed (please bring bedding for sofa bed) there is a kettle & welcome pack. A birthday package, consisting of homemade cake, bottle wine, and helium balloon available @ £20 ordered & paid in advance. outdoor decking area with fire pit. (wood is available @£5 per bag). Beautiful shepherd's hut set in stunning rural surroundings on the host family's organic beef and sheep farm. Rustic and comfortable. With wonderful views, log burner and stove, king size bed and fold-down table. Plus wood-fired hot tub, fire pit, outdoor shower and eco toilet. Off-grid (no wifi). A free bucket of wood is left inside the hut for the log burner. If you would like to use the hot tub then this is an additional cost of £20 to be paid on arrival. Must book hot tub on booking
