Enter the studio suite that is decorated with a western theme to take you back to simpler times and bring out the old west history! Enjoy the luxury of Pendleton bedding and towels, spa soaps and lotions in a historic atmosphere. This is a perfect house for a couple or family with kids. Sleeps 2-4 with one queen bed, additional bedding provided. The couch is comfortable to sleep on.

Platte RiverLodge

Spacious walkout lower level apartment right on the river with a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. You will find plenty of R & R here as you walk along the river during the day, gaze at the stars in the wide open skies at night, or just just lay around and enjoy the quietness of country living. Kick your shoes off and relax your sore arm after reeling in fish all day or rest after walking during a hunting trip. This large living space make this a great place for medium to large group gatherings.

Located in the tree area just south of the University of Wyoming, our cute one bedroom basement apartment has been completely remodeled. We are within walking distance to the University of Wyoming, Downtown Laramie, parks, restaurants, museums, Civic Center and the library. Laramie is located near great views, hiking, biking and skiing. The apartment is perfect for couples, parents visiting their UW student, athletic events, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Upstairs is also an Airbnb.

Stay in the heart of downtown in the Lander Art District block! This studio is located on the 2nd floor of one of Lander's original buildings, built in 1886. The building is now the anchor for the Lander Art District. You’ll be within easy walking distance to great local shops, art galleries, cafes, restaurants, and gyms, as well as NOLS and Wyoming Catholic College. Or a quick 20 minute drive to Sinks Canyon State Park and a beautiful 3-hour drive to Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone.

Casper Delight

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is 1.5 miles from the hospital, close to both high schools, about a mile from Casper College, and less than 5 miles from the Ford Wyoming Center. It sleeps up to 4 people in 2 spacious bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other with a king size bed. A desk is provided in the main bedroom to get work done. There is one bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and laundry room. NO pets or smoking allowed!

There is a beautiful comfy sofa and exquisite hand carved chairs for gathering in the living room after a fun day of exploring. This unit includes a fully stocked kitchen, large dining table and updated bathroom. Amenities include television, internet/wifi, keurig coffee, snacks and more. Step out the front door and enjoy the serene beauty of Bunning Park. This entire apartment is available for rent.

Downtown Studio Apartment

The studio apartment is located in a cement block building that at one time was an Auto Mechanics Shop. It is one block off of Main Street. In close proximity to Catholic College, NOLS, and all downtown restaurants and bars. There is one room with one plush queen sized bed, couch (with hideaway bed), television with internet access, Wi-Fi for guest use. The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and bar stools. There is a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower off of the large room.

The Checkered Cowboy

Come enjoy a peaceful stay in this serene, centrally located Avenues hot spot. Across the street is the darling Central Cafe where you can grab a morning cup and breakfast, or make it right from the fully stocked kitchen. Tea, coffee and hot cocoa provided. Only a block away is Lions Park with a trail around Sloan’s Lake, the new pickleball courts (equipment in closet), and Cheyenne Frontier Days grounds. Whatever it is that brings you to town, we hope to make your stay comfortable!

Adorable Little Studio Apartment close to downtown

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. On 6th Street, across from the Ivinson Mansion. This apartment is within walking distance to downtown and the University of Wyoming. It has a queen size bed, full bath and essential kitchen items. Once a house, this building was converted into an 11 unit apartment building in the 1930’s. We have recently updated this unit and continue with renovations as time and weather allows.
