With a fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine and a variety of Teas ,Fully enclosed yard with hills hoist and cottage garden. Feel welcomed in our family home with myself my partner our daughter and our two dogs. You will have access to a spacious bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath and toilet just down the hallway. It will be sometimes shared with other people like our friends and family. You'll have access to our kitchen and fridge in the laundry. We are a 10 minute drive to Woolworths, Bottleshop, Chemist, petrol station, Bakery, car wash and cafes. We are close to the snowfields. Look forward to your stay.

Bright and open house on a quiet street in beautiful Beechworth. Less than 10 minute walk to the centre of Beechworth and Lake Sambell. Plenty of parks, hikes and bike trails at your door step. Peaceful outdoor seating overlooking garden where you can drink your morning coffee and listen to birds singing. Secure yard for doggos. The house comfortably sleeps 4 people however I have a sofa bed that can sleep another two if required. Please note the house is lived in part of the year by me 😊
