Pine Street Studio

Welcome to the Pine Street Studio. We are just 5 blocks (1/2 mile) from the center of town in a residential neighborhood. This unit has it's own private entrance and dedicated parking spot right outside the front door to the unit. It's a spacious studio with full kitchen and bathroom. We live in the main house. You'll have complete privacy during your stay but we're available should you need anything. Our occupancy limit is two guests regardless of age (a child of any age counts as a guest).

410 Bluff Street is the upstairs of a comfortable home overlooking the Chewuch River located three blocks from downtown Winthrop. It is a private and quiet space with large windows providing generous views of the river habitat. With a deck overlooking the river below, this space offers the unique combination of intimacy with nature and the convenience of town living. Experience Leavenworth in a beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome with amazing views. T The downstairs offers a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, 1/2 bath, and deck. Upstairs has a king bedroom with ensuite and private deck, and a queen bedroom with adjacent bath. This townhouse sleeps 4, with option for 6 using the sofa sleeper. Rate is based on 4 guests. Extra guests over 12 are an additional $15+tax/guest. Easy access to restaurants, shops, and trails.

Lakeview Lodge

Lakeview Lodge is located above the office/store of Silverline Lakeside Resort on Pearrygin Lake. Formerly the Owner's Quarters, it is a spacious two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment, with full kitchen, dining, and laundry. Views of both Pearrygin Lake and Mt. Gardener can be found throughout the apartment. Equipped with two king beds and a set of twin bunks, Lakeview Lodge comfortably accommodates six people. There is parking for two vehicles, one covered space and one uncovered.

Chelan Resort Suites #411 It is located within a 3 minute walk to a lovely swimming beach and picnic area at "Lakeside Park" located in front of the building. It is 2 miles from downtown Chelan, minutes to Slidewater's Water Park, wineries and restaurants. Relax on the balcony where you can enjoy the lake & mountain views, the 4th of July and New Year's Eve fireworks. Enjoy relaxing in the in door on site pool and hot tub. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace and washer and dryer.

Riverside Avenue Retreat(a legal, licensed nightly rental with a current Okanogan County health permit as required by law) is located right in the heart of downtown Winthrop, and is close to the old western boardwalk, shops and eateries. It is a complete apartment suite where you can stay for awhile. There is a King bed, a gorgeous fireplace setting, Smart TV and a comfortable Queen size sofa sleeper, and so much more. Shared parking is available behind building.

Wapato Point Resort - 1 Bedroom Condo New Remodel

This is a 1 bedroom condo at Lake Chelan's Wapato Point Resort. It was just completely remodeled in 2024. There is lots to do at this 116 acre resort: tennis, pickleball, biking, 7 (seasonal) outdoor pools, indoor pool and hot tub, miniature golf, playgrounds, basketball & shuffleboard courts, and an onsite winery. A golf course, casino and shopping are all just minutes away. I do also have other condos available, if you need to accommodate a larger group.
