The brand new Mueller Shopping & Entertainment District is only a five-minute drive away, with a gourmet grocery store, new restaurants, Starbucks, retail stores, a children's museum, a 5km walking trail, and beautiful lakeside trails and parks. Bus stop for downtown route is 5 min walk. I recommend guests rent a car or use ride share services like Uber, Lyft or Ride Austin to get around town fastest. The trailer is situated on a residential street but sits on a one acre lot with a Wild flower area and butterfly sanctuary. The yard has peach trees and fig bushes.

We lovingly call this guest house the doll house for its cute facade. It is located in our beautiful backyard, has its own keyless entry, is peacefully off the street, and beautiful natural light filters into the space throughout the day. The space is also designed with the traveler in mind, so its cozy, has a very comfortable queen size bed with lots of pillows, and full kitchen. A friendly, tree-lined neighborhood, east of I-35, 4.5 mi from downtown. The space is 230 sq ft with a kitchenette and a queen size bed. We live in the main house on the property. Our guests stay here for work and family nearby. They take ride shares to Austin events downtown like ACL & SXSW and to COTA.
