Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. Tons of shopping, excellent restaurants, and bars within a short drive or walk from the Crabby Pad, This upper unit has a large front deck to relax and barbeque. Also golf carts are available to rent. The golfcarts are 75.00 per day/350.00 per week. We do allow up to 2 dogs @ a fee of $65 per dog.
