The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. There is a 5 person limit (including infants and pets as well) unless prior approval is given by hosts.

Magical gardens with birds and butterflies, and solar walkways so you can enjoy the stars at night. I pride myself having spotless apartments and every surface is wiped with care. I am 420 friendly outside and always LGBTQ+ welcoming. Four blocks to SUNRISE & four blocks to SUNSET! The past reviews say it all, but you should leave here, renewed and feeling JOY!

This recently renovated funky beach cottage will give you all the hip granny vibes, in the best way possible. The cottage is ideally situated 4 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from some of Tybee's best food and drinks - Chamaco's Tacos, Stingrays, Mi Vida, and Breakfast Club to name a few. When you aren't at the beach, enjoy the Jungle Bar we’ve created outside, play some shuffle board, grill out, take an outdoor shower - enjoy it all outdoors!
