The guest house shares the property with our home so we’ll be close by should you need anything. Please note: The kitchen does not have an oven. Stylish house 10min from Domain. King & Queen beds

Newly renovated home in a quiet cul-de-sac one minute from the 183 highway and nineteen minutes from downtown. Both bedrooms are spacious with their own bathrooms and walk in closets. The master bedroom has a California King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms are upstairs. We installed a guard rail and anti slip grips on the steps but if stairs are an issue for some guests we have a roll in bed stored in the garage as well as a large couch that can be used down stairs.

The house is clean and comfortable to stay in. There is a queen bed to sleep in, a nice TV to watch with directv, and there is also internet service. A great place to unwind or venture out. You'd swear you were out in the country but surprisingly this amazing little house is literally minutes from I-35 and the Georgetown Square. Built in 2018 this house will treat you with quiet surroundings and modern amenities. 1 bed/1 bath, queen bed + fold-out queen sleeper sofa. Must be 25 to book, no guests under 15. No pets, no smoking, no vaping. Easy check-in/out via keypad.
