Guests must be 25yrs or older to book AND to stay on the premises. ID verification for guests may be requested by host to confirm age.

Cozy studio apartment for rent in a quiet neighborhood in Rio Grande (10 min from Wildwood and Cape May, NJ ) and very close to Shoprite and all shopping area. We live in the attached house, so we ask that you keep your activities to a respectful volume. The apartment can accommodate 4 people.
