The beach access path is directly across the street and it leads to a nice wide sandy beach. You also have your own private gated yard area and patio. The central location is close to restaurants, bars, and the rec center.

This historic property was built in 1838 with original porches to this grand Charleston home. Full renovation in January 2023 to create the beachy, coastal, surf chic spot it is today. Our carriage house apartment is located on a peaceful marsh on beautiful Daniel Island next to walking/biking paths. It is also walking distance to parks, shops, and restaurants. Daniel Island is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the airport, downtown Charleston, and local beaches. All AirBnB rentals in Charleston & Daniel Island must have a business license.
