We are the Oliva family, & "The Loft" is a culmination of all of our efforts, but must give credit to my husband and father of our 2 adult sons. After 2+ yrs of trips back & forth from AZ to create our "home away from home", it is finally complete. We always enjoy our stay, but decided we would like others to enjoy it too when we can't. Welcome to 508 cottage! There are many attractions within walking distance . Chief Standing Bear Trail, located less than one block away. We are also located just four blocks from down town. There you will find a variety of locally owned shops, a winery called Tall Tree Tastings, and a brewery called Stone Hollow . Homestead National Historical Park is a short six mile drive away. We also have another Airbnb located beside this property called The Wesley house.

Our downtown Seward space includes a full bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, along with a nice view overlooking the Seward Town Square. Local shops, a local brewery, an art gallery, coffee shop, cafe, and much more are all within walking distance of the loft! Back alley entrance. The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No elevator access. One free parking space in alley. Street parking also available.
