For a maximum of 2 people, CCTV is located outside the property for safety reasons & no pets are allowed. Parking is available on the road (not the driveway) and most appliances are available for cooking. We ask that you don't ring the bell on the main house. Any support needed pls text through Airbnb as we are usually quick to reply. You will also be given a number to call for emergencies.

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.
