Located in Birch Bay, WA, near Semiahmoo. Beach access is 1.6 miles away. You will be greeted with simple design, relaxing decor and lots of natural light. This little house has personality. Semiahmoo Golf and Country Club is 2.9 miles from the house. We are 6 miles from I-5, a 15 minute drive from the Canadian border and Blaine, and 23 miles from Bellingham International Airport. Birch Bay State Park is 5 miles or a 15 minute drive from the house for clamming, playground, and day camping.

Charming, ground-floor apartment in picturesque White Rock. Short walk to waterfront & restaurants. No stairs. Covered carport for guests is adjacent to entry door. Friendly & relaxed hosts. We operate in an organized & secure manner. All guests must be listed by full name when you book. One pet welcome, if discussed in advance. It is a safe neighbourhood. There is one security camera above the carport. It briefly records all vehicles and pedestrians entering the property. We live upstairs.
