Fayrie Ridge Cottage

Fayrie Ridge Cottage is close to climbing in Rumney, Canaan Motor Club (a five minute drive,) and Green Woodlands, known for hiking/biking in summer and cross country skiing in winter. The cottage sits on a property with great views and friendly hosts. The fully equipped kitchen, large bath, queen-sized and bunkbeds, and comfortable living area with many DVD movies make your stay the best. Renovations continue. Internet is now thru cable, so there is WiFi, but the cell tower hasn't gone up.

Spacious 24'x27' studio w/ lake views, king bed, sectional sofa is not a pull-out but is extra-long & can comfortably sleep 2 children or an extra adult guest. Private fenced yard w/ firepit & grill. Enjoy a shared sandy-bottom beach w/ stunning lake & mountain views. Walk to restaurants, shops, arcades, mini-golf, bumper boats & boat rentals. Close to Bank of NH Pavilion & Gunstock. Parking for 2 cars (if you have a boat trailer please message me prior to booking to approve space). No pets.

Riverside Guest Cottage

This is a centrally located cottage. Situated in the heart of North Woodstock, the location allows walking to all restaurants, brew pubs and bars. River swimming is available at Cascades Park. Sunrises over the mountains. A relaxing hide away featuring 180 feet of river frontage and a spring fed pond to enjoy. The location provides a perfect hub for all the area activities such as, hiking, skiing, fishing or biking, etc. Town sponsored music across the street Saturdays in July & August.

Close to many local attractions like the Ice Castles, Flume Gorge, Franconia Notch State Park, and Cannon Mountain Ski Resort. Short drive to many great restaurants and breweries in North Woodstock and Lincoln.

Historic Stone Cottage

Summer is in full swing here in the Lakes Region! Both Squam and Winnipesaukee minutes away - vistas to enjoy the season all around. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room to park your boat and trailer! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.

The Carriage House was built in 1925 to store carriages for the Victorian home, across the street. Once carriages became a thing of the past, part of the carriage house was converted to a one bedroom apartment that has direct water views and a private deck overlooking the water. There are two queen beds in the bedroom. Enjoy the 585 feet of shared lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards and fire pits.
