Relax in a small Cabin behind our Log Home on a private gravel road with an inside wood-burning fireplace. There is a small kitchen,a bedroom with a full bed, an electric fireplace and bathroom with just a portable toilet.Guests will be able to use the full bathroom in the main house which is sectioned off from the rest of the house and a private entrance .This not a shared bathroom, it is dedicated for our guests .The cabin also has a sleeping loft with full /twin bed . The Bungalow Loft

Quintessential duplex cottage circa 1946 on the outside, refurbished sanctuary with a modern aesthetic on the inside. The Bungalow Loft includes one bedroom with two additional day beds in the living room, a full bath, a well-appointed kitchen and a dining area. The unit has an extensive outdoor living space including porch, deck, fire pit, and outdoor shower. The Loft is on Wrightsville Beach’s main strip and close to Johnny Mercers Pier, and only a 3 minute walk to the beach.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

The Riverfront cottage is centrally located to I-95 & 295, Methodist University, Fort Liberty, & downtown Fayetteville.

The ceilings range from 6 ft 5", dipping lower at the roof lines! Private entrance on the side of the home. 1 mile from the downtown riverwalk, 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, & in the center of the inner-city/downtown area. The historic Market Street is 2 blocks over, which heads both downtown & to the beach.

Waterside Cottage 'HoriZen'

This is a recently renovated rustic 1947 cottage with an outstanding view of and access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!
