Enjoy the quietness of the country at this spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath family home. The property is connected to the local ATV and snowmobile trails and just one minute from the local grocery store and gas station. Home features a large fenced in backyard, fire pit and a pool table in the basement for entertainment. Kitchen is well stocked including a Keurig and complimentary K Cups. To keep the cost down, we don’t charge a cleaning fee so we just ask that you help us by tidying your way out.

Two miles to Penobscot River Trails with miles of groomed cross country skiing and mountain biking. 4 seasons of hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, white water rafting, skiing, and miles and miles of snowmobiling! 1 hour to Bangor 2 hours to Bar Harbor

This is a very spacious and comfortable home. You get the country experience with still the luxury of being fifteen minutes from local shopping areas and thirty five minutes from the city of Fredericton. We have a nice large yard for your enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace and quiet while also enjoying nature. Also we live 30 mins from Crabbe Mountain and if you are a snowboarder/skier you will love this hill. We also have a swimming pool, to cool you off on those hot days.

Walk-out apt with kitchen

The house is in a wooded area, with a view of two rivers in winter and woods view in summer. There is a large deck for sunset views that guests are welcome to use. Nearby is the Shore Road where one can walk along the river or put a kayak or canoe in. A half-hour north is a fine dining restaurant and art gallery. Woodstock has a few varied restaurants and a cafe downtown, a craft beer and a restaurant pub, community centre with free indoor walking/running track.

"Small Wonder Camp" on East Grand Lake

A beautiful post and beam "camp" on East Grand Lake in Danforth, Maine. The camp is about 1000 square feet with 400 ft of water frontage on two wooded acres. The camp was built 20 years ago, but still looks really good! :) There is a beach with an excellent swimming area, a dock, canoe, fire pits, etc. If you would like to bring a small motor boat, please reach out for docking options. Beautiful property on a large, spring fed lake in rural Maine!

Guided hunting, fishing, and canoeing available, ponds and rivers. Canoes maybe available. X skiing and snowshoeing Trail from camp to ITS snowmobile trail 1/2 mile. Bed linen/light blanket provided. The Rice Block is located in the heart of historic downtown Houlton. The downtown location couldn’t be better for restaurants, shopping, walking trails, community events, and access to I-95 & HWY 1. We love the original 1897 details of the building that are coupled with all the amenities of 2024. It has all the charm of days gone by with all the utility of the modern world.

Spruce Street Retreat

Clean and cozy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 30 miles away from Baxter State Park. It's just a few blocks away from the snowmobile and atv trails and only a couple of miles off I-95. I cannot accept pets at this time, including service animals. I have an exemption for this because of my severe allergies to cats and dogs.
