Welcome to The BARN! You can expect to feel tucked away in the trees in this cozy, rustic, yet chic space. Thoughtful lighting, fine linens and furnishings with a spacious and private deck off the back to sit and enjoy nature or entertain. Miles of wooded forest is this location; if you’re looking to escape the city or a busy life, this is the perfect place to explore, relax and revive. At the main house (across the way), there are horses, barn kitties, cattle dogs and other friendly animals.

Water Forest Retreat -Octagon

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Sun-drenched, recently renovated 2nd floor apartment in gracious 4-family Victorian home, steps from Northampton's vibrant downtown. Wonderful open living/dining/kitchen space w wood floors, lots of comfy couch seating, 65" 4K TV, stainless-steel appliances, butcher block counters. Master BR with queen bed, 55" 4K TV, 2nd BR with double bed. Comfy queen blow-up mattress can be set up in LR. Updated bathroom with shower and tiled floor. Washer and dryer in basement (shared with another apt).

Treehouse compound, no cleaning fee

The rental includes both treehouses (toilet in each), cooking/eating pavilion (only cold water at sink) (outhouse nearby), outside shower (cold), firepit. Additional guests above the 2 included in per night stay are $30 per person per night up to a maximum of 11 guests during the warmer months and 5 guests total during the cooler ends of the season (June and mid Sept to mid Oct). Beds: 3 doubles, 5 singles. No pets allowed. Not ideal for very young children or people with mobility issues.

Picturesque location on farmland with views of the mountains. We are a micro farm. Wake up and watch the sunrise and go for a short hike on the property, and get to know the animals. We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of us!

The Tent on Beaver Pond

We are offering a beautiful, COMFORTABLE, option to camping. Our off grid tent comes with all the comforts of home including a wood stove and reading nook! It is nestled into a hemlock grove overlooking the active beaver pond. Walking trails and local activities at a stones throw. If you have a small boat or kayaks- BRING them! We have space in the yard and lots of local places to send you to get good use out of them. Please do not use on our pond. We have a boat available for use.

Tuck yourself into a mature oak forest on the field’s edge of our flower farm, Tapalou Guilds. All-weather canvas tent is pitched with a comfy king mattress inside. Three elevated decks with chairs and a hammock give you options for relaxing and steeping in the forest vibe. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with propane gas range. We provide potable water from our well. Outdoor shower with on-demand hot water. Simple outhouse with sawdust composting system is clean and convenient.

Cow Barn Lodge

Our home is located in MT. Tabor, Vermont, just off of Route 7, in a country setting with beautiful Mountain views of the Green Mountain National Forest, Dorset and Danby Mountains. The house is an old barn converted into a beautiful spacious home, on 4 acres. Snowmobiling from our place, plus 4 major ski areas less than 30 miles away. Hiking, fishing, swimming, golfing, and the Equestrian horse show are all nearby. as well as shopping in nearby Manchester and Rutland Vermont.
