The personal home of filmmakers Patti Moreno and Robert Patton-Spruill, it is decorated in the "Atomic Age" style. Maple floors, aviation, and cargo style furniture, stainless steel bathroom and kitchen with a wood stove for those chilly fall mornings.

Once a Woodstock chicken barn, your space is the lower level which has been renovated as a studio apt. that maintains its rustic charm with wide plank pine floors & ceiling beams. Only 2 blocks (a ten minute walk) to down town Woodstock & the NYC bus stop. We are 1 block from the Tinker St. Cinema and about 1.5 miles from the Bearsville theater. There are hiking trails for you to enjoy, the beautiful Wilson State Park as well as The stunning views of Cooper Lake and the Ashokan Reservoir.

The Floating Library: private hiker's hideaway

Spacious enough for a small family, cozy enough for a couple, a perfect alternative to a hotel, for exploring New England, or holing up to finish that book (reading or writing). TFL is a welcoming, above the garage in-law suite with a private entrance, full kitchen, full bath, laundry room, and lots of magical touches that will make your stay comfortable, unique and memorable. The location is right at the foot the hiking trails of Mt. Tom, a 20 min walk to idyllic downtown Easthampton.

Hiker's nest

This is a cozy room with private forest views and all the basic amenities (small kitchenette). We are located next to the entrance of Mount Beacon park (the free Loop Bus from the station drops you on our corner), a three-minute walk to the trail entrance, and a 25 minute walk to the train station and Main Street. The room is attached to the main house, but you have your own entrance with code access. We live in the main house, so we are here to answer questions or help with your stay.

Welcome to “The Mermaid” at Highland Lake!!! Modern 2-bedroom 1 bath private suite with kitchenette (see amenities) in the foothills of the Berkshires! Views of Highland Lake from your private deck. Moon or star gazing by night. We follow all Airbnb policies & State of CT cleaning guidelines. Please do not trespass on the property of private residences, across the street on the lake side. These are private residences. There are public beaches public access areas for your enjoyment.

The Garden Cottage

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Enjoy views from your upstairs oasis: 1 big bedroom, office/smaller room with a day bed, kitchen, & bath. Stay coooool all summer long with our very quiet mini splits. Slip out your private entrance to hike Joppenbergh. Bring or Rent a bike, ride or walk or even X-country ski the #EmpireTrail, the Rosendale trestle and Wallkill Rail-trail. View the trestle and walk 5 minutes to the trail from the house. Walk to local eateries, and cinema, or just relax by the river.

Quaint Suite in Center of Adams

Pet Friendly mother-in law suite within a beautiful Victorian home in the center of Adams. The quaint town sits at the base of Mount Greylock with hiking and bike trails within minutes of your accommodations. Restaurants, grocery store and a 9 hole golf course are in walking distance. MASS MOCA is just a short 6 mile drive. Tanglewood music center is a 35 minute drive. Beautiful deck with gas firepit and grill. We would love you to be our guest.
