The popular Speers Point Park is right at our doorstep, with room for the kids to run also hosting regular markets as well as food and sporting events. 25-30 minutes to the heart of Newcastle 15-20 minutes to beaches 15 minutes to 2 large shopping centres

The home enjoys a commanding position on the Lake. Private access to the water is via stairs to a kayak shed and deck at the waters edge. Or relax on the rear deck of the house with stunning water views.
