Traditional rustic Cotswold farmhouse offering self contained accomodation (attached to family living quarters) with 2 (ensuite) double bedrooms, a small basic kitchen & sitting/dining room. You have your own driveway & entrance to the property. We are on the edge of a lovely cotswold village on our busy family farm with views stretching to the North Wessex Downs. Fantastic countryside for running, cycling & open water swim spots. Walking distance into Tetbury (1.5 miles) via foot/cycle paths.

Bright and private double room on ground floor, with Netflix. Safe driveway parking. The room has a separate entrance and a private ensuite bathroom, fridge, electric cooking hob and microwave. University, RBH and Reading town within a walking distance, TVP a short drive. There is no outside space, but a nice neighbourhood with shops, botanical gardens, and museums is within a short walk. If you need both beds, please note there'll be very little floor space left. Our quiet hours are 11pm-6am.

Guests will stay in this brand-new lodge which offers a stylish home from home on the outskirts of Rugby situated in the Hillmorton/Houlton area (cold breakfast tray included). The area allows easy access to all major motorways & Rugby railway station is a short 10 min drive. Newly built Houlton development has many lovely countryside walks with a Coop, Park, David Lloyd Club & a highly rated restaurant all within walking distance. On the lake

This is a lovely base in the Cotswolds sitting on the lake, with a south facing aspect. Its family-friendly with plenty of activities in the area including horse riding, walks, gym, golf and even a beach. It is a great getaway for anyone, from couples, solo adventurers, and obviously families (with kids). There are all the essentials indoors from well equipped kitchen with dishwasher to high speed broadband. Oxford, Bath, Stratford upon Avon and Cheltenham are all within an hours drive.

It has a super king bed, bathroom with shower, seating area, smart TV and a good sized table to have breakfast. There is a small utility area with a fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a KitchenAid toaster and kettle. A breakfast basket is provided. Give yourself the weekend off cooking and walk into historic Bradford on Avon with its wonderful restaurants and pubs.

This is Our Chalet situated on the Hoburne Holiday Park, Cotswolds. Its a two bedroom wooden structured unit, insulated and heated with lounge / diner and separate bathroom. It has its own terrace and a direct view to one of the lakes within the park.
