Country location on a quiet road just minutes from Canandaigua Lake, and Bristol Mountain. Large farmhouse, with private suite including a huge great room (450 sf), wrap around screened-in porch. Please note that bedrooms and bath are upstairs. Geothermal heating/cooling. No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. Plenty of privacy and room to spread out.

Enjoy small town life in this historic Red Saw Mill located right on a beautiful waterfall. Your apartment on the second floor has lovely views of the falls and creek. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, art gallery, grocery store. Explore Rochester, Letchworth State Park, Niagara Falls, and the Finger Lakes with this as your base. Good spot for visiting family and friends, There is unrestricted access to creek and waterfall which could be dangerous for children. .

The Green House

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars at this beautiful farm situated on 80 acres of rolling farmland, hills and forests, with horses, chickens and Nigerian Dwarf goats. Walk out the sliding glass door to a fully fenced pool and hot tub overlooking the beautiful rolling hills and woods. We live right next to the Green House. The Famous Finger Lake Wineries and Breweries are a short drive away. We are also 20 minutes away from Bristol Mountain Ski Resort.

Little Lodge in Hemlock

Adventure awaits you in this rustic getaway. This tiny home used to be a hunting lodge and we have renovated and updated the space to be a peaceful spot for whatever brings you out our way. We like to think of it as the bee keeper’s lodge. Close to Hemlock, Canadice, Honeoye, and Conesus lakes for hiking, fishing, kayaking, or picnicking. Or enjoy a night in! There is a gas grill, patio, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and a game shed out back.
