If you are seeking to spend the day at one of the beautiful Kennebunk beaches they are just minutes away. Our newly renovated coastal themed unit is located one mile from beautiful Wells Beach and directly behind Maine's famous Congdon's Doughnuts. The dining options are endless whether you're looking for something as casual as a food truck or overlooking the sunset from Billy's Chowder House; there's something for everyone. Please note, the pool, hot tub and outdoor amenities are typically available Memorial Day through early October. Guests must bring their own queen sheets and bath towels.

Let the Webhannet Falls and River lull you to sleep as they flow through the backyard and see the foundation of the historic gristmill and sawmill.

The Crow's Nest

This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.

2-bedroom condo at Compass Pointe Club, located on the Wells/Ogunquit town-line. Only one mile to Footbridge Beach and a quick 3-minute drive to downtown Ogunquit. Short drive to the supermarket and to great restaurants. Beautiful views of the Ogunquit River basin, with the Atlantic ocean peaking out beyond. The location cannot be beat.
