Explore Down East Maine from your private camp site in our 2018 Coleman Camper.. The camp is centrally located on Schoodic Peninsula and is only 2.5 miles from Frenchman’s Bay. Enjoy hiking and bike trails in Acadia National Park . Jones Pond is near by where you can fish and canoe. Eat fresh lobsters from the local lobster co-op. Take the ferry across the bay to Bar Harbor for some shopping. Spend the night watching shooting stars. The view of the Milky Way will take your breath away.

At the southern tip of Schoodic Peninsula is Schoodic Point, quite possibly the prettiest spot in all of Acadia National Park. And since it's located in the Schoodic portion of one of the most visited national parks in the US, it only sees about 10% of the tourist traffic the main area of the park on Mt. Desert Island sees!
