Welcome to our cosy glamorous bell tent set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. Its stunning beach location offers a peaceful and tranquil setting and is an ideal location for exploring the area. Very close by there is the Nature reserve, including the Landguard peninsula. A traditional sea front and stunning pier with all the usual attractions. A very well served town centre with shops and restaurants. All within walking distance.

One of our two boats we have to offer this is a lovely yacht with amazing views, Marina location sleeps 4, perfect place for those get togethers, or just to chill. Lovely beach hut Walton-On-The-Naze !

A lovely DAY USE beach hut situated in Walton-On-The-Naze Essex! Equipped with everything you need for a family day out to the seaside! (deck chairs, buckets, spades, parasol, gas stove/kettle, mugs, cups etc). A 5 minute walk from Walton train station, the pier, car parking , the toilet block and the high street. (water tap is located a few steps from the hut). Suitable for 6 people using the hut at a time (any more would be abit of a squeeze!) Pet friendly (2 dog limit) No smoking

Bijou cabin next to the sea

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.

Daisy Beach House in Walton-on-the-Naze has bright furnishings, white walls, tongue & groove panelling, bunting, fairy lights and lots of fun and quirky accessories! You will really feel the holiday vibe when you walk in! The house is in a fab location right behind the beach huts & the prom so just a short stroll and you're on the beach! The house even comes with a front row Beach Hut included at certain times of the year and with comfy beds and sea air - you will sleep like a log!

The Old Stables. Detached and full of character

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.
