Wir vermieten eine gemütliche 95m2 große Ferienwohnung für bis zu 6 Personen in der Nähe des Klopeinersees. Lassen Sie sich durch die schlichte Eleganz, modernes Design und zeitgemässen Komfort inspirieren. Die Wohnung ist im Obergeschoss unseres Hauses. Unsere Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend von Familienhäusern deshalb ersuchen wir unsere Gäste das die Nächtligen Ruhezeiten eingehalten werden. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit Doppelbetten eingerichtet. Bettwäsche ist vorhanden. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer ist mit TV und Bettcouch für 2 Personen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Balkone mit Tisch,Stühlen und Kräuterbeet in der Saison. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind mit Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüller, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine (Kapseln), Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirrtücher und selbstverständlich ausreichend Geschirr, Pfannen und Töpfe ausgestattet. Das komfortable Badezimmer verfügt über einen Waschtisch, eine Dusche und eine Badewanne sowie ein separates WC. Handtücher, Fön und Handtuchtrockner sind vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung ist kinderfreundlich (Bett, Besteck, Teller, Hochstuhl, Spieleecke und Spielplatz). Orts und Nächtigunstaxe ist vor Ort zum bezahlen. Wir sind für Sie jederzeit erreichbar. It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.
