Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι και 5 άτομα. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος, η αυλή, το αίθριο και το μπάρμπεκιου μπορούν να απολαύσουν οι επισκέπτες του ισογείου.
