The hot tub is available to use at all hours and on all days of the year. The pool is available to use April through September.

We opened as a Bed & Breakfast in June of 2007 but are now offered as a vacation rental. We have had many wonderful guests over the years. We are very family oriented and enjoy large groups. We can sleep 10 adults comfortably but have cushions, Pac-N-Plays and a cot for children & teens. We have handled groups of up to 14 at times. We have received rave reviews on Trip Advisor and AirBnB. Close to many national parks, monuments and canyon.
