Hi! We're Robyn and Chen, a young, newly-wed couple full of life and energy. This listing with a private entrance helps us pay for our first home! Just four quiet blocks to the Washougal River and over 16 miles of gorgeous PNW trails. We both work from home so we have the best fiber internet available. We're pretty quiet except when we are in the attached stained glass studio or laughing together. We welcome everyone, LGBTQ, traveling nurses, or anyone who wants to explore the Portland area.

Cottage is a remodeled Finnish sauna building built in 1901. Native clay block walls have been insulated, ceiling raised, skylights added for a bright and cozy interior. Good sized bathroom with heated floor and generous tile shower. Excellent heating and cooling via heat pump. Queen sized bed with Nectar mattress. Kitchenette has sink, two burner cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, gadgets. Private deck with view of sheep and valley. Organic coffee, produce, eggs provided in season.

Our decorated space is nestled in the quiet outskirts of Battle Ground, only 7 minutes from Main St. We're within driving distance to restaurants, quaint shops, and many beautiful hikes. Our detached apartment features one large bedroom with 2 queens, and a private bathroom, full kitchen, and living space. Movies, laptop-friendly workspace, free coffee and tea. Note, we have the main house as a separate listing (Battle Ground Lodge).

TV works well and texting works everywhere. WiFi is good. We ask our guests to agree to our house rules and sign a Liability Waiver before checking in.
