The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. Zsíroshegyi Vendégház II- New luxurious wooden cottage in a huge private garden, perfect for relaxation! On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen, dining table and a sofa which opens into a double bed. The bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and a washing machine. The bedroom with a double bed is on the first floor. There is a (gas) fireplace, an air-conditioning and floor heating in the house. Tourist tax: 300 HUF/day/person (must be payed upon arrival)

Cosy, 1-bedroom + lounge (which can be turned into a 2nd bedroom, both with a bed of 140X200 cm) apartment, with separate entrance to the main house. It is ideal for couples, a family with kids or for a group of up to 4 friends if you want a quiet environment after the noise of the city center. To arrive to the city center of Budapest takes 20-30 minutes by bus and metro or by car. In the living room there is a ceiling fan, in the bedroom there is a standing fan available.

Our guesthouse in Balatonfüred is a two-room, four-person apartment. The apartment has a fully equipped private kitchen and bathroom. The room has a separate entrance, lockable, and opens from the common terrace. The guest house has a large garden with barn, garden pond, fireplace. The house is located in downtown Balatonfüred, between three churches, about 25-30 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Balaton. There are restaurants, bakeries, shops and cafés in the area.

I offer my guests my real Tiny house with keyless access. It is also suitable for a home office in an air-conditioned living room sitting at the desk you can see nature through a huge reflex glass. The house is self-designed and made. There are three bicycles, they can be used for a separate fee. All are in excellent condition and include a mobile phone holder, puncture repair, lights and pump.
