Our apartment was completely renovated in January 2024 and is in the center of Munich, just minutes on foot to Marienplatz, the Old Town and the boutiques on Maximilianstraße! Have a drink at one of the neighborhood bars, go for a run along the Isar river, or just chill out in the apartment with the TV, comfy couch and a Nespresso machine (fair trade, recyclable pods)! The sofa pulls out into a comfortable bed with a mattress topper. On-site parking: €25 per night. Ask for availability.

Dieses Apartment ist ein eigenständiger Bereich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit eigenem Bad und einer kompletten Küche. Es befindet sich im Keller als Souterrain Wohnung mit 2 großen Fenstern. Die Möblierung erfolgte 2022 komplett neu. Ein großer Smart-TV und WLAN sind vorhanden und es besteht auch die Möglichkeit die Waschmaschine zu nutzen. Die Wohnung liegt am nördl. Teil des engl. Gartens. Zur U-Bahn sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. In nur 7 min Fahrzeit ist man direkt in Schwabing und in nur 13 min am Marienplatz Zur Allianzarena sind es 2 Stationen. Das Messegelände MOC zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt, Bäcker, sowie einige Restaurants und Biergarten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine kleine, voll ausgestattete Küche. Feel like being at home

A little house for yourselves. 3 Sleeping Rooms (2 big, 1 small), a big kitchen/living room combo, a small bathroom. 1 parking spot on our ground. Close to public transport (22 min to downtown Munich or 30 min to the October festival) or 15 minutes by car to the convention center. It is our wish that you feel cosy in our place (our house is next to you) so we will try to guide and help you where possible as we traveled a lot ourself. It all depends on your kindness.

The apartment is in a generally quiet location (depending on the time of day, it is possible to hear the noise from the street), 3rd floor without lift, with a large balcony on the edge of an industrial area. Perfect for excursions: - Munich is 30 minutes away - 15 minutes to Lake Starnberg - Shopping facilities (bakery and supermarket) are only 700m away.
