If you’re looking for adventure, our cabin is in a fantastic, centralized location to white water rafting, hiking trails including the Appalachian Trail, Smoky Mountain National Park, and Harrah’s Casino. Also enjoy the creekside nature path located on the property! Truly an ideal retreat anytime of the year.

We are open! Sit in the rockers with your morning coffee, eat your meals at the kitchen table or sit in front of the fireplace all while enjoying the amazing view! The hot tub is located on the deck overlooking the beautiful Mountain View. We are just 20 minutes away from Bryson City and the Nantahala Outdoor Center, 10 minutes from Tsali Recreation, 25 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park, Cherokee and The Blue Ridge Parkway. There is a book in the cabin with other recommendations

There is a large wrap-around porch with nature and mountain views. The house is child proof with a dedicated children's room with toys. The cottage has internet access and 3 Roku TVs for accessing streaming services. It is conveniently located to small charming towns, craft breweries, lakes, and other outdoor activities, etc.

In cooler weather, snuggle up by the fire with a good book. Lake Santeetlah is nestled in the mountains of NC, and 80% of the coastline is national forest.
