The Coach House

The Coach house is a cosy retreat on our farm. A king-sized bed and beautiful linens add a romantic feel to the bedroom and throughout the property a traditional style has been retained offering comfort and quality. Surrounded by the pretty South Oxfordshire countryside. The Farm has footpath links to walks on the Ridgeway and is situated just outside the historic town of Wantage. White Horse Hill is just a short drive away as are the many attractions of Oxford which is just 12 miles away.

Escape to The Dacha, a serene countryside retreat for two. Unwind in your private garden with fire pit, then enjoy evening hot tub access (6–10pm) in a peaceful courtyard accross the driveway. Savor meals at the Three Horseshoes gastropub just two minutes’ walk away or at Jeremy Clarkson’s Farmer’s Dog. Enjoy a break in Chipping Norton, 2 minutes from town with ample pubs, restaurants and independent shops. 5 minutes into lovely countryside walks. Small outside area is enclosed with barrier type fence panels. Bus services from Oxford, Cheltenham and Banbury, many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the annexe.

Underfloor heating ensures comfort in colder weather. Sofa-bed not made up by default, advise in advance if needed. Estelle Manor 1.5 miles, Woodstock/Blenheim Palace/Witney 5 miles, Kidlington 7 miles, Oxford 10 miles & Bicester Village is located fairly nearby. Cheltenham/Newbury Racecourses 35 miles.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

This beautiful and cosy property offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquillity, whilst being within easy reach to some of the main attractions and sights in the Cotswolds. We can accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 baby in a travel cot. We are also dog friendly!

Symonds Barn is a spacious converted barn set in the middle of Childrey, a village on the edge of the Ridgeway, only 15 miles from Oxford. Choose between enjoying an escape to the countryside, with delicious meals in one of the many local cafes and pubs and walks through some really beautiful countryside (it’s a 5 minute drive onto the Ridgeway), or take advantage of the nearby shopping and culture in Oxford, Marlborough, Hungerford or Burford.

The guest house is a newly converted, beautiful stone cottage, with an open plan living space, fully stocked kitchen and king bed or twin beds with ensuite bathroom. There are wonderful walks and cycling right on our doorstep.
