The loft has a futon and is the perfect spot for playing video games when taking a break from enjoying the private pool, the beautiful, white sandy beaches, and all of the wonderful amenities that Panama City Beach has to offer! For those with an aversion to stairs, the third bedroom is located downstairs and includes a full size bed with a twin trundle. The third bath is also downstairs and has a jetted soaker tub! From the secluded backyard oasis with a private saltwater pool and lots of full sun and covered outdoor lounging space, to the tranquil master suite, Sunset Serenity offers a nice, calm, respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Regency Towers charges a one-time $40 fee per reservation for one parking permit and pool wristbands. Must be at least 21 years of age to rent.
