Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 2,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Die moderne Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Salzburg/Anif. Sie bietet mit 72 m2 genug Platz für 4 Personen. Insgesamt stehen 1 Wohnessbereich mit Küche, 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad zur Verfügung. Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett. Highlight ist die Whirlpool-Wanne im Bad, sowie der Pool im Garten. Schwimmbad + Sauna im Haus, Spielplatz auf dem Gelände. 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, Maximal 4 Personen + Baby. 10 Minuten von St.Wolfgang Zentrum. Auch mit dem Bus erreichbar. Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Keine Haustiere! Hausordnung ist zu beachten, Rauchverbot innen. Die Wohnung ist in einer privaten Ferienanlage. ACHTUNG: CHECK IN NUR BIS 18 UHR !! Unser Tinyhouse ist ein besonderer Rückzugsort im Almtal. Komplett aus Holz gebaut und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, verbindet es Natürlichkeit, Ruhe und Funktionalität. Auf 28 Quadratmetern findet ihr alles, was ihr für entspannte Tage braucht – kompakt, warm und durchdacht. Die extrem ruhige Lage sorgt dafür, dass ihr hier wirklich abschalten könnt. Das Tinyhouse steht in unserem Garten, umgeben von alten Bäumen. Der eigene Parkplatz und der separate Zugang sorgen für Privatsphäre.

The newly renovated two-room apartment is located in the Alpenhotel Dachstein complex above the Alpine town Bad Goisern on Lake Hallstattsee in the beautiful Salzkammergut. Alpenhotel Dachstein is located just 12 km from the historic town of Hallstatt, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The neolithic region of Salzkammergut offers a wealth of opportunities for families such as winter sports, cycling trails winding over clear lakes and of course great cuisine. Try, for example, Hallstatt bacon:-)

Skvělé místo pro pobyt v každém ročním období. Vhodný je zvláště pro rodiny s dětmi.

Lovely Tiny House surrounded by greenery - an oasis of peace! The extensively equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Mühlviertel and Linz region. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.

The apartment is located on an farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.
