Although there is no outdoor space at my home, there is the beautiful newly refurbished North Marine Park, which is literally over the road and five minutes walk to the stunning beach, with fabulous views of the pier's where you can sit and watch ships, liners and yachts sailing on the river Tyne with Tynemouth Priory in the distance.

This house has been renovated to a very high standard. It is situated one street back from the Main Street where all the restaurants cafes and bars are situated. We are 200 yds from the sea. It is a very quiet residential street and there is a parking permit for 1 car. There are some fabulous walks nearby, unbelievably beautiful beaches, I have lived near here all my life and I couldn’t go to anywhere else in the world to live. Tynemouth is the best.

Located behind the Tynemouth Grand Hotel, our cosy 2-bedroom cottage is part of what was the original stable-block for the hotel, built in 1872 as a home for the Duchess of Northumberland.​ It is located just a stones-throw (< 1 minute) from fabulous Longsands beach and the shops/restaurants of beautiful Tynemouth village are only a 5-minute walk away along the sea front past the historical Priory.
