You can walk to the local market, restaurants and downtown Tybee Island. You can see the pier from the deck and of course the ocean. There is a full flight of stairs to a balcony entrance. It has a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. . This is a large property and there are multiple Airbnb units on the property. There is another unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises. For this reason we don’t allow children.

Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.
