Welcome to our home on the Truckee River. The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living area, kitchen/dining & the den all connected with beautiful reclaimed oak hardwood flooring. Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Gorgeous luxury smart cabin complete with gourmet kitchen, extremely large outdoor deck, paved driveway and hot tub. Gas fireplace, mini bar, surround sound, beautiful furnishings, and peeks of the lake make this cabin a true Tahoe gem! Upstairs queen bedroom, a pull out sofa bed downstairs, and pull out twin bed in the loft. Please note inquire if you’d like to bring a pet. Pets are limited to one dog 30lbs or less. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND. We do not offer early check ins or late check outs.

Welcome to Falcon Crest! Our home has a beautiful and cozy Tahoe cabin vibe with a wood burning stove and wooden beams along the ceiling. We are only 1/2 mile from the golf course, pub and recreation center. A large family can easily fit, one bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen bed and a third bedroom with a triple bunk bed. The house has a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs and a beautiful backyard for lounging about. Come and enjoy all that Tahoe Donner has to offer.

Welcome to your sunny home in the beautiful Tahoe Truckee Sierras! Tahoe Donner is a fun-filled community with many activities and a Rec Center with hot tubs, sauna, pools, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and a full gym - a cozy, comfortable haven to relax after a day in the mountains or at the lake. Guest passes provide access to private amenities, however, some Tahoe Donner amenities charge a separate daily fee set by the HOA (for example, the Rec Center is about $30 per person/day).

Base Camp for Your Next Tahoe Adventure

Welcome to Base Camp! Our cozy studio (308 SF) is located in the Tahoe Donner Lodge Condominiums. The Lodge HOA is less than 50 yards from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort - consistently voted as the best place to learn how to ski. Alder Creek Adventure Center (cross-country skiing, hiking, biking) is less than a mile away. A private parking lot is available for our guests. Please note that our condo is not appropriate for more than two guests, including children of any age.

The property also features a fully fenced yard, allowing children or pets to run around safely.

Tahoe Donner cabin, sitting on a beautiful property, in a quiet neighborhood, filled with tall pines and Tahoe Donner's golf course in the backyard. This is a great location and home, for all seasons. Entering the home you will notice a large open lower level, with tall windows and beautiful views of pines, plenty of room to lounge around on the large sectional, and a huge fireplace between the kitchen and living room. Upstairs you will find foosball table and a bunk room.
