Our modern, well-equipped home sits right by the sea with breathtaking mountain views, surrounded by pristine Arctic nature. Spot reindeer, otters, moose, or even whales, and watch the Northern Lights from the porch. Steps away, enjoy a panoramic sauna by the water. A traditional BBQ hut is available as an optional rental. This is our beloved home, and many guests tell us they fall in love with it too. Few places blend comfort and wilderness like this. We never tire of it—and hope you will, too.

Huset har et stort oppholdsrom/stue med fantastisk utsikt til Tromsø by og Tromsøsundet. Se Hurtigruten komme og gå. Følg med på skipstrafikken. Det skjer alltid noe utenfor stuevinduet. Do you want to stay in a beautiful remote place, while still connected to the city? Grøtfjord is located just a 40 min. drive from Tromsø. Close to some of the areas most amazing mountains, fjords, ski and climbing areas. a. Big appartment with 1 bedroom that holds a king size bed and one bunk bed. There is a fold out sleeping couch in the living room. All facilites, towels to firewood are included! A car is needed to get to grøtfjord. The hosts live in a different section of the house.

Nice place, unique nature and northern lights

Large apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, good standard. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. It includes linens, towels, various soaps and possibility to wash clothes. The place is perfect for northern lights watching and nature experiences with proximity to the Lyngen alps. The site is located directly below the northern light belt with little light pollution, 50 minutes from Tromsø. It is recommended to rent a car and we offer a discount deal at Hertz.

Amazing cabin 25 minutes from Tromsø Airport

The cabin is situated on the roof of the tunnel to Malangen and just by the seaside. The living room has great windows that give you a feeling of being outside when are sitting warm and comfortably inside. Perfect for spotting for the northern lights. The cabin has three large bedrooms, a nice bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen. Everything is ready for you to have a great stay just outside amazing Tromsø.
