Tiny House at Wooded Bliss Homestead

On the edge of our family homestead overlooking meadow & forest, this tiny house offers a quiet, cozy refuge only 40 minutes from Acadia National Park. There's a twin daybed on the ground floor & a double futon in the loft. Full kitchen & tiny bathroom with shower too. A heat pump keeps the place toasty warm or nice and cool. The tiny house and meadow are very private on the edge of the property, and just for you. Our family's gazebo, fire pit, hammock, trail & garden are shared with guests.

Enjoy your beach front vacation in a newly renovated small, cozy cottage over looking a working harbor. This unique property is a short walk to many shops and restaurants. Have fun looking for sea glass and other treasures from the ocean on our semi private beach. The first floor has a modern kitchen, a living room with sleeper sofa, and full bath. Enjoy your meals on the front deck while listening to the seagulls. The second floor is a loft bedroom with small balcony overlooking the harbor.

Glimpses of water & access to 300’ of the Benjamin River Harbor shore. 2 seasonal cabins; 1 studio cabin. Centrally located on the Blue Hill Peninsula near Deer Isle, the cabins offer access to outdoor activities, cultural events, restaurants & shops.

Seabrook in Acadia National Park

Welcome to Seabrook, an adorable, restored barn in the heart of the village of Southwest Harbor. This downstairs unit has one large bedroom, a comfortable living /dining area, modern kitchen, bathroom with shower and a washer/dryer. Glass doors open onto a small deck and there is an easy path to the harbor for beachcombing and a swim spot for the pup. The upstairs unit Seaview is available to rent as well. The “Quietside” is the perfect home base for exploring Acadia National Park and MDI.

Your hosts at the Crabby Cottage are a retired lobstermen and his wife who picked the crab meat. They live in the main house on the property. This cottage is the product of a renovation starting in 2024. Enjoy the 'Quietside' of MDI in this studio cottage, overlooking the forest with a full kitchen for the nights you want to stay in. Located about a mile from the infamous Thurston's Lobster Pound and Bass Harbor lighthouse. Located within minutes to parts of Acadia National Park.

Harbor Hideout is a 430sq ft 2BR Tiny Home that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean on the Quietside of Mount Desert Island. The Tiny Home easily cools down fast with the A/C Units. The unit has a large deck wraped around the unit and it has walking access to the Ocean which shared with the 2 neighboring units on the property. Between Bar Harbor and Seal Harbor, 10 minutes by car to both and just 5 minutes by car to the Otter Cliff entrance to Acadia Park Loop Road. Walk to the Causeway via the Grover Path in 15 minutes. 5-minute walk to the Cadillac South Ridge Trail. Large high-ceiling studio with private parking and entrance with beautiful sheltered second-story deck. We are on the Blackwoods/Bar Harbor bus route so you can catch the free Island Explorer LL Bean buses to Bar Harbor and back.

A short drive (15-20 minutes) to Acadia National Park and downtown Bar Harbor, but surrounded by nature and away from the crowds. We offer super comfy beds, beach cruisers, an outdoor shower, hot tub, twinkle lights, summer nights filled with fireflies, bright maples in the fall, and a cozy wood stove in the winter.
