Over 2000 square feet of living space, including two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and large downstairs den with fireplace and bar. Nice restaurants and sports bars are nearby. Lake Chatuge is only a five- minute drive. We live up the hill and are available to guests throughout their stay.

This house offers lots of cozy indoor and outdoor space with plenty of seating, including covered seating areas off of each king room, a large open deck, a lower deck, fire pit, and covered patio next to water. Our place in Hiawassee is close to Lake Chatuge, Brasstown Bald, the Appalachian Trail, and Bell Mountain for outdoor experiences and only a 20 mile drive into Helen's Alpine Village. A percentage of all proceeds are donated to Alzheimer's support programs honoring the legacy of my mother, Patty.
