This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. Our place is 15 minutes from Oklahoma State University, Lake McMurtry East is 3.5 miles away. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, tranquility and the wildlife. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the stars and nights around the fire pit. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.

Summit Hill Gardens Cottage, a little bit of paradise, is a place to enjoy solitude, peace and quiet. Located rurally (3 miles south of Chanute, Ks), we are listed as one of the top ten attractions with numerous flower beds, a historic 1874 stone schoolhouse, a Retail Soap Shop located in a restored barn (handcrafted soaps are made here on site), and the Summit Hill Gardens Event Center- for hosting celebrations of life.

1906 Cottage Garden

Our historic 1906 Cottage Garden guest house is located on I-70 half-way between Kansas City & Denver, Colorado in WaKeeney, KS. Stroll across the brick street to the adjacent park which surrounds the historic native limestone courthouse. Attractions include: The Smoky Valley Scenic Byway, The Christmas City of the High Plains, Shiloh Vineyard and Winery, Cedar Bluff Reservoir, and Castle Rock.

Mulberry Farm Cottage on Mill Creek

Make some memories at Mulberry Farm, a fully renovated country farmhouse. Large yard with a cozy swing in the mulberry tree overlooked by the sunny patio. The location just off I-70 means it is close to Topeka (20 minutes) and Manhattan (less than 30 minutes). Also close to St. Mary's (20 minutes) and Maple Hill (5-8 minutes). Each cottage has an open, spacious floor plan that includes a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, a luxurious bathroom with large walk-in shower and stand alone bathtub, a comfy sofa with pull out bed and a cozy gas fireplace. Take a stroll on our 30 acres, check out a fishing pole and head over to the pond, or take our canoe out for a spin.

The Little House in Yoder

Built in the late 1800's, the Little House is the oldest house in the Yoder community. It's full of old-world charm and modern conveniences. If these walls could talk, they'd tell lots of stories!
