This 400 sq ft studio cottage and deck offer Catskill Mountain sunsets and seclusion, one mile from Main Street, featuring Otto’s market, Universal Cafe, a wine shop, laundromat and more. A 620 sq ft. fully private suite with your own entrance. The early American farmhouse is highlighted by a darling kitchenette, hot steam shower and original MCM furniture. We live on the other side in this year 1800 eyebrow colonial. Please note the kitchenette has an induction stove top and convection air fryer toaster oven. It's a great for light cooking. We invite you to stay at our new home in Tivoli, NY, an amazing gem of a town close to everything the Hudson Valley & Catskills have to offer. This property is amazing year-round, just a short walk to the village, and is well-maintained inside and out. Super comfortable, an easy place to gather and relax. The heated in-ground pool is typically open between April thru October. We often host families, people visiting Bard or Kaatsbaan, explorers, and anyone wanting an escape from the busy life.
