This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 16 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.

Our lake house is at the end of a quiet road, and offers modern one-level living with many amenities of home, such as a smart TV, air-fryer and laundry. Take out the canoe or kayak to explore the lake, or relax and listen to the loons sing.

Lake Cabin

My lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, I do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to the steep hill). It is near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. There is 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. The cabin is on over 4 acres; plenty of room to relax. There is a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit and gas grill.

Built in 2017, this comfortable and tranquil getaway includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a cedar-lined shower, electric in-floor heat, a wood stove, warm pine siding throughout, and a spacious sleeping loft. A covered porch, fire pit and fully-stocked woodshed are right outside the door. Your stay includes access to more than ten kilometers of trails traversing hundreds of acres of private woodland originating steps from your door.

The cabin is nestled on a small lot with a few seasonal neighbors, but with Lake Pokegama in front and 100's of acres of Tioga Rec Area in back, it's a quiet escape with excellent access to outdoor activities.

Peaceful Little Pine River Retreat | Screen Porch

Great Up North cabin in a serene and peaceful setting nestled among the trees along Little Pine River. Some have said they feel as though they’re in a treehouse. Two kayaks and a few tubes are available for guests to use, or sit in a chair in the river and cool off.
