Situated in a quaint little cottage on busy Galveston Avenue, Ariana has been the cornerstone of fine dining in Bend for quite some time. Husband-wife duo Andrès and Ariana Fernandez have continually created simple, refined food, often incorporating seasonal produce from Central Oregon. Seating is limited, so for those hoping to nab seared scallops with Dungeness crab risotto, reservations are highly recommended. Note: Ariana will be closed for renovations between October 27 and November 6.

Fanciest and most amazing food but pricey. It is EXTREMELY hard to get into but I would call and try ASAP if interested.

Best food in Bend although is on the pricier side. Ariana is worth every penny. Make sure to make reservations ahead of time and try the soups!
