Designer consignment store. Buy clothing Washington's wealthy wear once and discard. They usually have a good stock of European labels, and I've found Jimmy Choos and Manolo Blahniks here as well.

It's a secondhand consignment boutique. It's fun to rummage through their selections. While secondhand, it is still a little pricey. There's another consignment shop down the street from it called Fillmore and 5th.
